DAY 5 of Fasting Diet Plan for Losing Weight:

Breakfast Lunch Lunchbox Snack Dinner Tip of the day
2 pieces of wholemeal toast, 1 glass of orange juice (fresh), a bit of honey or marmalade, 1tblsp of butter, Tea or coffee Spicy noodles: 70gr tube pasta (raw weight), ½ onion, A bit of garlic, A bit of chilli, 1tblsp of butter, ½ a dozen peeled tomatoes, Basil, 1tblsp of grated parmesan.
Cut the onion and the garlic into small pieces. Cut a small part of the chill off and chop into small pieces. Fry the onion, garlic and chilli in a bit of butter. Add tomatoes and salt. Stir and leave to simmer for 15 minutes. Cook the pasta until soft. Pour the sauce over the pasta and sprinkle with parmesan before serving.
Crisp bread with cheese and cucumber: 3 slices of crisp bread, A few slices of cucumber, Salt and pepper, 1 corner of melted cheese, A few leaves of lettuce, 1tblsp of chives.
Spread the cheese on the slices of crisp bread and place slices of cucumber on top. Season with pepper and salt. Cut the lettuce into strips and place on top of the cucumber slices before sprinkling with chives.
Berry butter milk: 50gr of strawberries, 50gr of raspberries, 65gr of red currants, A bit of a vanilla pod, 10gr of honey, 5ml of lemon juice, 125ml buttermilk, 3 small pieces of Oat Valley.
Puree the berries with the honey, the lemon juice and the buttermilk. Add honey to sweeten.
Vegetable and tuna salad: ½ a sweet pepper, ¼ of cucumber, 4 cherry tomatoes, 1tblsp of olive oil, ½ an onion, 1tblsp of lemon juice, 100gr of tuna (tin), 4 leaves of lettuce, 3 black olives.
Wash the cucumber and cut into slices. Halve the tomatoes. Wash the sweet pepper, undo of its core and cut into strips. Cut the union into strips as well. Mix the lemon juice and olive oil and season with pepper and salt. Marinade the well-dried tuna and the vegetables and set the mix up on top of the lettuce leaves.
Listen to your body! Your body signals accurately what you need at the moment, in the moment. That means: eat what tastes really nice, what is tolerated without any problems and satisfies all the senses! A feast for the eyes: Place healthy snacks such as fruit or nuts in sight – for example at the workplace. Calorie-rich foods such as chocolate, chips, etc. should be stowed deep and invisibly in the closet or better yet: don’t buy them! The temptations on the go are tempting enough as is. It’s better not to have these temptations at home as well!

DAY 6:

1 slice of wholemeal toast with butter, ham and cheese and one sliced ananas Couscous with fillet of beef and lemon yoghurt: 1 Tbsp olive oil, 200 g fillet of beef, Salt, pepper from the mill, 70 g couscous, 4 black olives without stone, 1 tsp pistachios, Mint leaves, Some flat leaf parsley, 1 lemon, 70gr of yoghurt, Aluminium foil

  1. 1. In a skillet, heat olive oil, season fillet of beef with salt and pepper, sauté two minutes on each side. Take the meat from the Pan and leave to rest for 5 minutes in foil.
  2. 2. In the meantime, cook the couscous according to package directions.
  3. 3. Chop the olives, pistachios, mint and parsley. Mix the chopped ingredients with a wooden spoon through the warm couscous.
  4. 4. Squeeze the lemon and pour half of the juice into the yogurt mix. Pour the remaining juice over the couscous for flavouring.
  5. 5. Slice the meat and serve with the couscous and the yogurt.

 

Wholemeal bun with 1 mug of cottage cheese, 4-6 radishes, 1 large chai-tea latte and 3 pieces of oak biscuits. 1 granary roll½ a piece of camembert, 1 teaspoon of cranberries, 1 glass of vegetable juice Spinach dumplings: 70 g of textured flour1 egg, 50 g cream spinach, salt, pepper, nutmeg, garlic, 30 g mineral water with carbon dioxide, 1 vegetable bouillon cube, 1 teaspoon of flour, 1 packet of Italian herbs, Butter.
Put all the dumpling ingredients into the dough mix. Bring water to boil in a pot. Add 1 teaspoon of salt. Use two spoons to get the dough into balls to put into the boiling salted water to cook. Get them out after three minutes with spoon and place in a bowl to keep warm. Season the spinach dumplings with the Italian herbs and serve.
Wellness in the bathroom:Spoil yourself with a scented bath followed by a massage with oil. Massaging thighs, hips and belly with a brush or a special massage ball (available for approx. 2 quid at the pharmacy), promotes the relaxation, detoxification and stimulates the metabolism. Tip: Juniper really brings circulation and detoxification on the proverbial boil: try it once with a bath or massage oil from the pharmacy. Do you train your body already?
