Taking juice is an excellent way to introduce more vegetables to your diet. Although, there are many benefits to taking vegetable juices, not better or worse is than eating the vegetable.

Note: it is always better that your juices contain more vegetables than fruits, because of the high sugar content of these, especially if there is no fiber in the case of the juices.

Taking juice should not replace eating vegetables in a balanced diet. Also, many people experience stomach pains when drinking unpasteurized fresh juice the first time.
