Egg whites and toast:
1 slice of whole-wheat bread with two scrambled egg whites. Sprinkle with a dash of pepper and paprika.

1 cup raw spinach with 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar and 3/4 cup diced watermelon. Spinach is rich in vitamin K (which helps blood clot properly when you get cut) and vitamin A.
Frozen grapes 1 cup (28 grapes)
Strawberries and goat cheese:
10 large strawberries with 1 tablespoon soft goat cheese. (100 % of the daily recommended value of vitamin C). Protein Shake one scoop vanilla whey protein with 1 cup unsweetened almond milk. perfect for post-workout too.
10 baked tortilla with salsa
Dark chocolate 3 squares
Smoked salmon and cream cheese parcels:
4 strips of salmon spread 20g of soft cheese mixed with some dill at one end of each strip.
Cheese and tomato toastie:
Chop the tomato and spring onion over a slice of crispbread, cover with grated cheese and place under a pre-heated grill for a couple of minutes. Tomatoes have many health benefits.

1 sachet of diet hot chocolate- hot water-12g of mini marshmallows
